Dear Colleagues,

During World Immunization Week, we celebrated the power of vaccination and progress made in introducing rotavirus vaccines in the places they are most needed. The importance and benefits of immunization have never been more evident. And now, research on next-generation rotavirus vaccines strengthens our potential to prevent child deaths and illnesses worldwide.

This month, we are excited to highlight recent rotavirus vaccine introductions in key countries and share new advocacy resources related to COVID-19 to help support policymakers and important stakeholders during this pandemic.

We hope everyone is staying safe in these trying times.

Sincerely,

Mathu Santosham
